"This manual is the one place to get everything a contractor needs to operate a residential HVAC business," King said. "I wrote it to give contractors an affordable way to grow their business by themselves, since I can't personally help every contractor who wants to grow profitably."
The manual is focused around service, maintenance and replacement and includes sales, marketing and specific operations for each area as well as administrative procedures. It can be customized for a specific contractor.
